That is so wrong. I worked at Carney for many years and always found them invaluable in my role as nurse and supervisor. That is down right demoralizing. Please re think this. Talk about a moral buster when the whole world needs to feel reap more than ever. They are in harms way every day. Not a team building move but splitting. I’m so surprised.

Security Officers have always been willing to assist care givers, in as many ways as there are situations that have challenged us. They are exposed to illness, work the same difficult shifts, and are as committed to doing whatever it takes to keep patients and staff safe. They deserve the recognition and the monetary compensation
