PBS is a joke. i'm tired of hearing unstacking or you had training or vacation. Thats why you got nothing you bid. 14 block holders junior to me got the weekend I wanted off,the mosy junior was 91 blocks below me. PBS is a piece of $hit

Productivity after 10 years on the aircraft has been reduced by 30%. I had to work 10 days with a two week vacation. 85 hrs or 75 hour block months result in the dame 16 day Month. Unacceptable.

YYZ 320 FO - proud member of the least respected seat in the company. At 21% I was awarded the worst December schedule I have had in 5 years - oh and that was published late as usual.

I thankfully left the NB years ago when my stress levels were through the roof. It looks like the quality of life has only become worse since I left.
I did my ITC course a number of years ago in the hopes it might improve with the change in guard, but it didn't and hasn't. I couldn't stomach the thought of bidding A320 and heading into that again.

I have not been here long, but year 2 was way better than year 5 as YYZ 320 FO. Work/Life balance should improve with years of service, not degrade YYZ320 FO 200566
