This needs to be fixed. I know the bean-counters cannot put a dollar value on pilot good-will that would flow from an improvement on this issue, but I am certain you can. Still waiting for some tangible proof of the so-called new relationship, this would be a great place to start.

29 percent on the A320 FO list in YYZ and I had a much better sched on this airplane 4 years ago at 80 percent. The unproductive pairings has been so horrific that I took a paycut and bid 787 RP. But I'm sure this is a win for the company as they are now paying less, and can put a new hire in my seat.
