After flying the line for decades I anticipated good schedules in my 50's. Stop taking senior flying to build more blocks. When you bring this up in your meetings, put yourself in the line pilots position, picture your next months schedule filled with flying you shouldn't have in your block. Ask the other pilots in the room to do the same.

Emj captain yyz Productivity after 10 years on the aircraft has been reduced by 30%. I had to work 10 days with a two week vacation. 85 hrs or 75 hour block months result in the dame 16 day Month. Unacceptable.

I left EMJ Captain for F/O on the 787 due to fatigue caused by crappy pairings. I was at 40% on the EMJ Steve Evans AC016948 787 F/O

29 percent on the A320 FO list in YYZ and I had a much better sched on this airplane 4 years ago at 80 percent. The unproductive pairings has been so horrific that I took a paycut and bid 787 RP. But I'm sure this is a win for the company as they are now paying less, and can put a new hire in my seat.

Jeannette Low 028267 319LCC CA This affects everyone not just current narrow body pilots. Many people are depending on their schedule to manage raising a family or care for family members. Its devastating to some to let this degrade like it is.

I won't bid to a NB Captain position at this airline because of how the QOL has been devastated by unproductive pairings and a PBS system out of control!
