I prefer the tennis court to be open to any resident!!
We’re pay a lot of service charges and need to have a choice to follow which academy we like and prefer!

I am owner of Bungalow 124 Azalea Lane GCW and as already mentioned in a separate complaint mail, I am strongly against this Super Sports setup as it will mainly result for us as owners in an incremental cost to get the same level of coaching. I also don't understand why the OC members were not consulted and why this was implemented unilaterally. The urgent repair of sport facilities would also only marginally benefit from this program.

Revert to previous arrangement. Most coaches do not have the financial means to pay the excessive 100k yearly fees, meaning we will lose all our options.
