I thoroughly disagree with the appointment of SuperSports to manage our facilities when the facilities need much maintenance and upgrade work as a first priority for spending our fees. I also disagree with SuperSports apparent blocking of courts for bookings only, singular bookings per household per week, and the disregard for coaches who live within the community and whom should not have to pay the same fees as external providers.

We need clean maintained sports area and not have to pay additional cost other than already paying high . maintenance.

BIeke Serruys 4004 northwest apartments. I am licensed, certified coach for tennis in Dubai, and currently coaching in the community to many residents and also living here. It is a disgrace that in one week, supersports comes which so much money I would have to pay, so I have no other option to charge residents more for the classes if I accept their deal. This is indirectly an extra maintainance and upgrade for facilities charge through an academy like mine. This is also confirmed through mail by supersports that the money collected from the academies, will be used for maintainance and upgrade of the facilities. PI found a backdoor for someone else to pay for maintaining and repairing their sport facilities, which I hope RERA will put to an end.

This is indirectly an extra maintainance and upgrade for facilities charge through an academy like mine. PI found a backdoor, which I hope RERA will put to an end.
