My Mother is a pensioner and her bill is +_R16 thousand she is not receiving free eletricity and evertime we buy eletricity huge percentage is taken . Buffalo City Municipality is very unfair.

It's too much for me please l ask to pay lesser than l pay l pay school fees for three kids grade 12,10,6 and they are in private schools transport for me and my kinds l pay bond and l left with 2cents lm in a hunger no lncreament from government lm working as clerk with a low level lts hard for me to pay this bill lets too much for l pay a life cover for this house l do groceries everything lm hungry

This billing is ridiculous we are not working there are no jobs so where are we going to get money. The managers over payed themselves now we are the victims of that, it unfair. Exaggerated subsidies for cellphones and car allowances at the end of the day it’s us who’re surffering. No this needs an urgent attention

In 2019 we received a letter from municipality saying that we had to back pay meter readings for the previous 2 years as they had been estimating the readings and the back pay amounted to R15 000.I ddnt get how that happened as mumicipality hired meter readers but they mever di their work. When you dnt arrange to pay they disconnect or block the electricity.
Yesterday we received another bill of R15000

This is uncalled for such unfare treatment from cruel BCMM, no arrangement made for our debt payments...
We were not even given decent notice as residents of this country, why are treated like dogs with no human rights what so ever!
