I hope the municipality fixes these errors. Our families are suffering unnecessarily and queuing there is not safe during the pandemic.

We are tired of the BCMM buying electricity and do overcharging.; as if that is nit enough; electricity is disconnected. WE CAN'T COMPLAIN ANYWHERE AS OFFICES ARE A MESS TOO.

We wish our municipality can do the right thing and explain to us why are they doing this because now we receive Bill's that we don't even know about. We have never seen someone coming to check water meter for many months but they claim that we have a huge bill.
