BCM-While runned by the ANC it has become a thorn in the flesh of the poorest of the poor; It musr be stopped with immediate effect. Basic services like water,electricity sewerage etc are a RIGHT NOT LUXURY.

Buffalo city is the most expensive when it comes to electricity tariffs than all the other municipalities. It is no place for poor and disadvantaged people to live in, it is killing them.

We have debts that were handed over as from 2018 due to inefficiency those cases not yet been resolved cases are clear plz municipality respond to this before anything might happen , only us who will free ourselves phambili Bahlali
