Overcharged Electricity bills in BCM

I am in Bisho Central, We pay R2000 monthly even though we are few in the house. We don't use lots of water, we have never seen BCM employee checking the meter box, how do they get to know the water we have used? . Recently we bought electricity R250 was deducted, bcm claim we owed some money, but we pay full amount of money stated in the invoice every monthly.

This is too much BCM employees they failed to give me a proper explanation about the bill

Dear BCM Mayor, What has been done on us this past week is really frustrating. Please can you kimdly fix these ridiculous amounts you claiming that we owe as residents.

It is unfair and cruel what the BCM is doing to us. It must come to an end

We demand clarity on the method used to calculate our rates. Why is the water bill always increasing even if you did not consume as much. We need formulas used so that we can also apply our minds in trying to understand this arnomality and inconsistent in high rates we paying
