The ridiculous amounts that are supposedly owed by residents and the lack of urgency from BCMM in dealing with the matter is worrisome. I demand prompt response and solution to this issue as a responsible rate payer.

On the 23 December my home electricity was blocked... We are now working... And I end up being Covid positive due off up and down iwas doing... And standing in the long ques frm 5inthe morning at BCM Mdantsane city till 4Late without any help... We end up having a black Christmas and me being sick...

The municipality is over charging us, water has gone up in an unreasonable way, nobody ever to take meter reading, so our billing is just thumbsucked. Please correct this!
