We are also experiencing a lot of tariff hikes in Ginsberg, King Williams Town. Most residents are unemployed, increasing tarriffs is making matters worse. It doesnt matter how much you buy electricity for the units we are getting are very low. It's very much frustrating. BCM is shortstaffed it seems they cant handle the workload. I must commend a few dedicated workers you have in your KWT Office. BCM electricity is way expensive compared to private companies. Another thing is lack of timeous communication with regards to electricity cut offs/ loadshedding etc...

This increament of municipal bill is incorret, unconstitutional, and utterly disgracefull the citizens of BCM. It undermines peoples' rights, Efforts of the National Command Council with regards to COVID 19. IT ENDANGERS PEOPLE'S HEALTH IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC AND IT IS BEING INSTIGATED BY ILLEGITIMATE AND ILLITERATE COUNCILLORS. THEIR ACTIONS BORDER ON CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. THEY MUST ONE DAY PAY FOR THESE ATTROCITIES AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF BCM.

I'm the South African Citizen which also cannot tolerate the explotation which is being done by our BCM. I'm so very dissapointed something must be done plz! United we stand divided we fall, lets fight our rights. I thank you!

Im unemployed could not afford high payment as there are people in shacks not even buying electric ity but they are using it it's unfair and I wish municipality to come up with affordable standard amount .
