Eletricity bill is way too high . Make rates payment for nothing because no value for money&services not provided the ones ww paying for. Water reading not done at all then get huge bill afterwards. Municipality must correct billing and provide services we paying for.
Eskom must regulate eletricity with their vendors not charging way over . we can afford.

I have been experiencing the same treatment and we have not even skipped a month but we are told we were under charged whilst there was no meter readers. Worse our municipality does not have disputes resolution programme to deal with this matter.
The bill issue is so not fair n yet in my area Mdantsane NU3 ILINGE we take care of our rubbish bins n yet we pay alot I cnt remember the Las time I saw a truck collecting its nt fair buying electricity for R50 n get 24 units no it must end!!
