This is not fair what BCM is doing to us we are paying every month they increase our debts i realy dont understand how they calculate our rates this is a pain honestly

Something needs to be done before it is too late, in case you don't know, our electricity bill is the most expensive in South Africa, including the rates.

BCMM must get its house in order and do skills audit and check qualification of its employees especially those in finance department cause they have no idea what they are doing. This municipality should even reverse its metro status cause we are slowly following footsteps of ADM cause its being run to the ground by corrupt and incompetent people that are incorrectly employed. We need to legally challenge this municipality until they do right by us people that are paying their services

They are forcing me to do an arrangment for incorrect debt. I have an email from Senior Manager acknowledging that there is an error.

Rates and electricity are extremely high. I even prefer buying electricity from eskom directly than supporting a municipality that doesn't listen to its people and exploits its residents.

My water meter never checked. I have made arrangements but the amounts appearing on the statement is way above.
