The hike in rates and cutting off electricity for the amount the BCM says you owe them is extremely frustrating to say the least. How did paying 350 for rates become 20 000 in a month.

Been billed ridiculous amount of water since 2020 with estimates that i don't understand and it is affecting my health., recently my electricity have been blocked and i have to stand in the long ques to be assisted, mind you that i am not working around, i have take a leave everytime i experience such stress. My leaders this is getting out of hands and something needs to be done as soon as possible

My grandmother is a pensioner ,and she pay monthly payments.when she bought electric municipality do didaction. Now the electricity is blocked R234 145,50 .

I fully support the complaint & stand against the Buffalo City Municipality for unstable bills & without correcting the errors they block electricity. It is so unfair & it calls for demonstration.

BCMM must refrain from just without notice to block electricity. This is 2021 Local Government Election is in the corner. You must aware of our anger as citizen.

I have been logging complaints of ridiculous water bills of which I have paid more than R30,000.00 to date. BCCM asked me to submit a plumber’s report of which I did but haven’t sorted my problem.
Every time when I purchase electricity they deduct 40% of the amount I’m buying electricity with. I always make sure that my rates and other services are up to date, I once asked them how do they see it normal to bill one resident an amount of R20,000 a month? BCMM Water Works has been to my house and they did confirm the leak was on their side but still my debt is more than R50,000.00
