BCM and Ward Cllrs in this region really don't care how our parents live. I wrote a complaint to the Ward 37 Councilor and we are still struggling with mere service delivery, even on things such as grass cutting. The water and electricity problem is just compounding on the most basic issues- a clean environment!

I haven't been receiving statements since January 2021. When I purchased electricity, 40% was deducted and on top of that, in all occasions especially when BCMM cut my electricity, I was never informed of what was taking place. BCMM must strike a balance for increased rates vs no salary increments.

We have been using tank water since January last yr no-one came to read our meter and when we called they said they charge avarage.
