Overcharged in October 2020 current of October only R6547.02 the previous month my current was R1143.99 and when I enquired I did not get a proper answer they said maybe there's a leakage whereas there was no leakage at all and December statement back to R1200 where is the leakage? They did not bother to come to my house to check their so called "leakage" I feel like this is ridiculous
PLEASE BCMM listen to our complaints this is BAD

It is with sadness what we're going through as the people of the BCM, our parents are living with social grants and we are a unemployed youth. How are we expected to pay for these rediculous bills, this is not fair to our people. We need electricity as you'll know we can't live without it.
