Would like the confirmation of BCM about what the monies they deduct from when you buy electricity for R500 they deduct +/- 200 or when you buy for R100 you get R60 electricity. Where are those monies deducted. Why they not consider or even depict to the statement as confirmation of their whereabouts?

We're unemployed to pay for exceeded rates of this municipality ,when we buy electricity for R50 you gave us electricity of R20 how can that electricity last for a month it's too much bacingeleni abantu .

This is too much. We cant buy for 4000.00 a month.
