This is getting out of hand, electricity is blocked, people are given high balance. They are saying people must pay their parents debts. This must stop.

I am one of BCMM residents charged abnormal although during the week no one in my house, we are 2 at home and arrived late from work. We are available in weekends, I went to BCMM office in Mdantsane City Mall NU 6 many times but nothing change in my bill

Electricity charges are a nightmare in BCM if youre rentinting a house your electricity bill is more than your monthly rental.

Buffalo City billing is fraudulent, how can the whole of 2019 we've been paying monthly & the bill was less than R2000 every month. In January 2020,when we went to pay they said we don't need to pay a cent, because we overpaid, but during lockdown around April, the bill was R46000, how come & now our electricity is blocked starting today & we've been paying all these months in 2020, paying the money we used to pay, which is +/- R2000
