Municipality speculate the meter readings because they never come and take it. We see they have lut in new meter readings.but we still.dont see them

I've been struggling since 2019 to get my account sorted out but to no avail. The customer service number just rings. Emails are not responded to. Bcm blocks our electricity if the account is not up to date but don't care when they owe you money

Its high time to stop this overcharged electrical bills from BCM this has long bn overdue an action against this shld be taken as soon as possible. This is ENOUGH !!!

My account was +-R70.00 in July,then September was R16 000.00.This is too much, what is wrong with BCM. Investigate this plz.

Was charged over R11 000 for water last year Sept. Logged query... Charged for 8 months water despite being billed monthly. Told 3 months to resolve. Still waiting. Block me every month due to non payment of full amount. Totally unacceptable.

BCM must stop blocking electricity for elderly people. My mom is 84 years but they want her to R2400.00. Where will she get that.

My water bill started to rise on the first month of the lockdown March 2020.it jumped up by 10k compared to the normal charge.as it is today i cant even think where i will get the bill thats been piling up since .
