Khona benzani ngale mali bayifumanayo. The City is filthy, full of potholes, storm water systems are not serviced, hence the blockages when it rains. People are building and installing illegal and unsafe electrical supply networks. Maybe we are paying for the lost revenue. Same loss on water supply. I have never seen such lawlessness ,we are a banana Republic

Please I am 75 years 10months old, on a meagre pension, I cannot afford the rates I am charged, the water bill is due to water leakage in pipes underground where I couldn't see, I submitted the plumber confirmation, please release me from increasing rates and the water bill I had no control over, thank you for your cooperation.

Billing system is ridiculous and no one is accountable at BCM and what is sad people are suffering at the hands if incompitent officials who can't exlplain how they bill the community..
