The queue at BCM is devastating. Is the pandemic over? Was there no other alternative way of sorting this issue by BCM? We are going to die being killed by BCM.

Its mischievous and wrong what these municipalities are doing, especially at such a time when the entire world is facing a deadly pandemic and as a result unemployment is also becoming a pandemic. Surely we can all agree that mass gatherings are prohibited. Why then are we made/ forced to go and gather in municipal offices. How does the municipality expect to make money frm ppl at a time like this? It is truely disturbing and this is a true display that the decision makers involved in such decisions do very little thinking if any at all. A time will come when we will root out all these corrupt tendencies.

There's nothing irritating as fully paying for rates but electricity being interrupted by izinyoka daily and hourly. When you report you are told that it's illegal connections 'izinyoka' and nothing is done about it. Our appliances have been affected but nothing (till to date) has been done to repair them - only empty promises. Why pay for services not offered?
