Due to the natural pandemic which have grossly affected our economy people were affected and could not pay. The municipality should not punish people for being unable to pay their services

BCM said I owe 132000.00 it's been under investigation for 3years water is ranging from 11000 to 4000 per month. This happens from an account that used to be 15000.
