Hi i think that it's very unfair that the bill should be so high nd very unfair as we cannot even enter this BCM nd I'm sick nd tired of this nd i think something should be done as the whole BCM offices are s wreck nd should be dealt with of their eccalated accounts are too high nd stressing us ,please let this be solved with immediate effect please

This thing has been happening for years now and because those that are employed to do the Meter Readings are not doing what they are paid for. How come this thing is not attended to because it is affecting the poor people. All Municipality workers don't care because they get their monthly salary and are able to pay the Municipality rates. I am also of the view that some of them are not paying the rates but poor people get ting balloon Municipality bills for years now. That's my view.

I've been reporting the ridiculous billing of water in my house since last year but nothing has been done by this municipality. We never skipped even a month without paying but we have an unbelievable debt.
