We have been and continue to be inconvenienced by incompetence and maladministration at such high cost. The Metro must pull up its socks. An investigation and report on this matter must be conducted and a report published.

Over and above, the suggestions made. BCM need to do an indepent audit of the electricity, water and property rates Bills of all the household, dating back at least for the 3-5 years.
Some of the staff members at the enquiries in the BCM offices are not able to provide clear answers and suggestion on how to deal with our Billing concerns.
Administrative and technical capacity of the Enquiries Dept need be jacked up, ASAP.
