December 2020 we cleared our bill n pay rates for the nxt 3 months in advance nw dnt understand this.. I'm in the dark as we speak with little toddlers we are nt copping in this darkness.... There were two guys who came to install something on the station just after them our electricity gt blocked.. How?? I feel robbed I really don't understand how things operate in our country anymore

The rate are too high and the eletricity is bocked whereas these no monry covid is no only affecting certain people but everybody we ve lost jobs how are we able to pay

I'm living 8 years in my home now and my utility bill is still not corrected after numerous attempts to fix it. And my water meter is not the same reading as in my utility bill

The BCM is failing us as residents due to insufficient services,now they overcharging us with huge amounts in our municipal statements,this is a corruption that has occurred lately,some of us are unemployed depending on our grandmother's grants&child support grant!
