Being overcharged,the municipality rates that gone high every month hence am alwyz at work who is using water...its been a longtime swing someone coming to check the meter

I'm very disapointed that BCCM municipality decided to lock electricity while we are facing this pandemic what about elderly who must walk up and down to court to solve this problem and in those premises its packed no social distance and tommorrow we must vote for them this is unfair really

How come I get a statement of R15000 whilst I was at BCMM offices in Mdantsane Mall with a debt of R8800 on 31Dec 2021 andI paid R2700.
