Their charges are way too much most of the time I pay not less than R1000 but I do not even use water, I only use it to wash and drink. I do my laundry once a month or skip a month. Am always at work so what exactly am I paying this ridiculous amount for?

I'm not satisfied about the reading of meters no readings done BCM just estimates ,I visited BCM offices to submit my readings bt each month readings are not accurate we are disappointed as rate payers

We pay our rates via stop order everymonth and BCM owed us about R3000 we had no debt then boom R12000 latest bill it has gone up to R17000 can you imagine that
