Monthly bills are ridiculous.... I’m against for BCM to switch off electricity because of that. Main problem starts with their meter reading , they need to rectify that first . This is daylight roberry

In the 1st week of September 2020 we woke up to no water in Pellem Street as it was flooded in the street because of a station damage behind our houses. Now BCM is charging all that flooded water from us with water charges of up to +20k.Why is BCM doing this to us?

This is abnormal whereas its Lockdown some of us we don't have income we are self employed we don't even qualified of indigent because bccm said we have businesses
