Overcharging bills leave much to be desired

This is so ridiculous in the time of this second wave but we have to be blocked by municipal

Rates and Water bill has already increase in Zwelitsha from R735 to R820.

Monthly bills are ridiculous.... I’m against for BCM to switch off electricity because of that. Main problem starts with their meter reading , they need to rectify that first . This is daylight roberry

In the 1st week of September 2020 we woke up to no water in Pellem Street as it was flooded in the street because of a station damage behind our houses. Now BCM is charging all that flooded water from us with water charges of up to +20k.Why is BCM doing this to us?

I am signing this petition because of the unusually high bill from BCM municipality and the cutting or blocking of electricity even though payment is made every month.
