BCM must just do a better job, this issue of rates is affect us when we buy electricity because there is a certain amount that is deducted each and everytime when you purchase, this is unconvincing us as the residents that are affected by thi.

The failure of the municipality to fix their billing system is criminalising honest citizens as if they do not wish to pay for services.
It would be better if prepaid systems are installed.
