Change your way of doing things. We are suffering on the ground. Give specific dates for metre readings so that we can monitor our water consumption ourselves. The electricity tarrifs have gone up...do explain how that happened please

Something has to be done about the nonexistent service we are being overcharged for by the BCM. Rates that’s are too high, water accounts that are unexplainable, pavements and outside grass not been cut, rubbish lying throughout the town, king Williams town is a dirty town and needs to change urgently!

Major increase in municipal billing is ridiculous especially for a municipality that does not do their readings regularly and work on estimates most of the time

I don't get statements and I've been calling you regarding this but when I'm in arrears I got the mail think it's really funny when I don't pay you manage to send me reminder to pay but when asking to be email my bill I don't get it.

We are being over charged and this is not the freedom we were hoping for. This is another version of the apartheid. I don't know whether the ruling party is trying by all means to be on wrong side of the people.

I support this course as I am also a victim of this abnormal billing by this Municipality. I've been going in and out of the BCM offices since last year with no response. Whilst we are getting these bills there is no service delivery in our residential areas. Gravel roads are not maintained, we get refuse bags once a year, yet we are expected to pay these abnormal bills.
