This has been going on for years, it's not new and the BCM staff don't even understand how these rates are calculated. You can never get an answer that makes sense.

Please reduce the electricity bill cause you are killing the people that paying trying to cover or fill the spaces of people that are not paying so that's not solving the problem instead it will back fire at you when people find corrupt ways to use or buy electricity so reduce the bill and find ways to make everyone pay then you will recover as BCM
