I am a pensioner, I've got 2 accounts that I cannot afford to pay. The other one is for my husband who died 7 yrs ago. When I've complained about this the official told me that I have to pay both accounts. This is unfair as the account from my husband is suppose to be cleared off.

This is not far for the Residents because most people have been retrenched from their jobs due to Covid 19 and I don't know where does the municipality expect us to get money to settle these bills
