We were on indigident list, and we have been trying to renew in order to receive the free 50 units but with no luck. Every time I purchase electricity a percentage is deducted but my bill is going up ridiculously and to make matters worse is that we never see the person who does meter readings anymore, I don't understand how they billing me.
