I am very unhappy with overcharging of electricity as well as water consumption bills, as if they don't even read those meters, despite paying water bills every month, you are still overcharged over water leaks which were attended soon.

I work for municipal debts which I don't know how are randomly calculated because no water readings have been done for years.This is very frustrating.

People are being charged exorbitant water billings without having anyone to assist in sorting said billings out.

Please we do not have money.There is no increment at our work.Tax is high.where is this country going.Electricity is very high.
