For an unemployed person is is outrageous..to buy prepaid electricity in the amount of R200 and get 51units!
No its not right..and the bills just keep flowing in with outrageous amounts charged..no maan no, its not on Bccm

I use to pay my account regularly, the rates were not making sense and we dubmitted a querry. Its beem a year waiting for BCM to tell us aJtvthe problem is. We cannot pay for wajt we dont know.
