The Ovenell farm has been in our family for almost 140 years and now the county (& city) want to depreciate the value by almost 98%...yes 98%!!! Our family was not notified until 1-1/2 weeks ago and it has been in the works for quite some time from what we had found out! Seems a little unfair to me...
