海怡西商場大業主第一太平戴維斯已經向所有小商店發信，不再續租，唯獨百佳 M記 大家樂 KFC Watsons 等可以留低，然後將海怡西商場改裝成名店 outlet。
平時討厭食百佳D麵包，可以去 85C 買。
