The petition offers very good alternative plans for the developer. This neighborhood is full of affordable apartment buildings with many vacancies. This project makes no sense.

As a homeowning taxpayer of almost a decade in Grand Brook, I whole heartedly agree with this petition. The developers plan will cause myself and my family to leave this area. Not only to what it will do to that part of my commute, but what it will bring closer to my community, that already has continued problems from short term renter, crime, and substance abusers in St John's woods

NOT ANOTHER VAPE? We do not another VAPE Shope/gas station/mechanic shop on this street period. It is already littered with them. There are already so many accidents in this area we DO NOT NEED THIS HERE.

This development is not proper for the site. This is a residential area already overburdened by traffic & lacking sidewalks. There is already a convenience store/gas station being developed within half a block from this site

This would contribute to the traffic on Jahnke towards Buford Road. It takes a lengthy time to exit our neighborhood, Brown Summit, on to Jahnke Road where speeding is already an issue.

Absolutely ridiculous to build more apartments in this area! As I drive anywhere in this town, there are apartments going up on every corner!!! I choose to live in this neighborhood so I don’t have to deal with all the traffic and people. Go somewhere else!!!!

There is too much traffic already with schools, retirement apartment. The area around the the hospital is so congested that there are frequent accidents even with alk the traffic lights
