The circumstance surrounding of this petition is not banning the song, but the voice of millions of Ethiopians. As a witness the artist described as follows, Fasil Demoz, the very influential in our society, Ethiopia. Throughout his lifetime, depicts inspiration, enthusiasm and resistance. His music portray life as it surrounds us. Fasil’s image about freedom of sovereignty, choice, speech, needs, opinion, independence, and free will. Countries like Ethiopia, how freedom could be exercise? These senses of freedom can be, and are, reached through music, powered by music, and inspired by music as it communicates to the social injustices of the nation. He is the representation of the Ethiopian nation expressing feelings, sprit, and interconnection of the people by using the power of his musical lyrics as a weapon. The pictures to be drawn make up the representation of all the nation and together show inspiring details from the life of the artist this artist. The colorful record of music represents the lyrics intended to motivate listener everywhere.
Therefore, we kindly demand YouTube to retract its poor decision of banning the song ”Yelefegn / ይለፈኝ“ and make corrections based on the truth above what the artist represents, the people.

This is poletically motivated, why should you tube be a weapon to suppress our voice. We are not allowed to listen to this kind of musics in Ethiopia and now we are not allowed to listen and watch it through you tube? This is regretable and very poor decision.
I have never expected the YouTube of making such unreasonable and unfair decision of banning a famous artist's work. The irony is that this song promotes universal values - don't make life out of your brother's blood. I kindly request you to review and correct you decision based on what the work stands for.
YouTube shouldn't have blocked the music of Fasil Demoz which was released on the last Month. The music expresses the culture of Amhara, Ethiopia. There is no derigatory word on it.
I believe that you tube is moving against the freedom of expression. The decision of banning music has placed youtube as a supporter of the dictator regime who have been silencing the voices of its own people.You decision is totally misguided and against freedom of expression.
This is restricting a right of speech. The song only sends a message to be loyal for truth and stand boldly. There is no violence content.

This is just plainly unjust! The oppression and torture the Amara people are going through just because of the a few egocentric people is just outrageous. We are kindly asking you tube to lift the ban on the song "Yelefegn". The Artist represent us all, the people!
