I am afraid that if our church is incorporated into another church me and my family will not be able to attend to our traditional mass as we have always done.

I support this petition 100%. I have been a member of this Polish Parish since 1980. My daughter received her First Holy Communion in 1983. It was her First Communion in this parish. My sons also received the Holy Sacraments in this Parish. This Church is the stronghold of our Polishness in this the mainstay of our emigration.

It is paramount that this cultural and religious staple in the Metro Detroit community be preserved. This Parish has had massive influence in the region, serving as a beacon for the Polish-American community and beyond. I grew up in this Parish, as did many of the young Polish Americans in the Metro Detroit area and without it, home is not home.
