Feeder schools should feed to the same high school- not be split between high schools. Leave politics out of it. Use common sense.

Both of my kids have been going to school with the same friends for most of their lives. It would be unfair to split them up.

Our children lives will be greatly impacted. Think about them and keep them with the kids they have grown up with. Splitting them again will cause too much damage.

Please consider the travel time to and from school and allow neighborhoods to go to the new high school. Most of all, the safety of families driving students must be considered.

I want my kid to be able to go to the Oak Ridge High School, which is so close to our home instead of having him to be on a bus for 20 mins to get to the one currently assigned to us. Thanks.

Estates of Legends Ranch neighborhood should be zoned for Grand Oaks HS. It's a no brainer folks!!

My son suffers from anxiety, separation anxiety to be specific, and after 2 1/2 years, counseling, and many tears and prayers, he is finally overcoming his challenges and loves school again. He is on the honor roll, has made real connections with his teachers, and has friends in Benders, Harmony, and Spring Trails as well as Legends Ranch, Trace, and the Estates. Our family has sacrificed better job opportunist in other areas after my husband was laid off last year, just to keep our son and other children in their familiar schools. I chose to re-enter the work place after being a stay-at-home mom for 15 years so that we could afford a house that would insure my son would not be traumatized by changing schools and being separated from his friends in the Rayford community. My husband and I voted for the school bond because we were led to believe it would have a positive effect on our children and neighborhood. Please, please, please do not undo all of the progress that my son has made. Please keep Legends Ranch, Legends Trace, and The Estates of Legends Ranch united with our neighbors and community.

I live in estates of legends ranch and feel our kids should attend the new grand oaks high school. The new school is much closer and makes economical, safety and time sense.

Why doesn't CISD change the boundaries for College Park and The Woodlands High School so their overcrowding can go to Oak Ridge? It would make more sense for some of those areas to go to Oak Ridge than our area which is much closer to Grand Oaks High School.
