Listen to this woman. Are you waiting for an accident to happen before this problem gets fixed? Be proactive. Be smart.

How dare these state officials think that "kids" are able to walk to and from school in inclement weather and hazardous conditions. What are they thinking. Would they send their own? Or would they order a bus!! Use your common sense people

If there is bussing for children just a few blocks away on CR 50, then there should be a bus for all kids that are forced to walk under the Garden State Parkway underpass (that by the way the side walk is extremely dangerous and icy in the winter and it is not properly maintained in the cold weather). Cars and trucks speed from 520 to West Front Street to catch a green light at West Front Street. The Middletown Police Department are aware of the speeding too and I am sure there is some data out there as to how many speeding tickets are given on a monthly basis. There is also no crossing guard on West Front Street nor is there a CROSSWALK! I trust in The Middletown Township to rectify this situation that is hazardous with a bus stop on Middletown-Lincroft Road now! Keep our kids safe they are our future!

As a taxpayer and a supporter of Middletown public schools, I was/am extremely disappointed to learn that my child does not get a bus to the HS.

Keep our children safe! 2 miles on a county road is not safe for anyone. It is much too dangerous. Please be proactive, not reactive when it will be too late to take back a terrible accident.. Thank you!

As a former Lincroft/Middletown resident, the lack of concern for the safety of childern is alarming. A child deserves the right to arrive and depart school in a safe environment.

I don't want my child walking 2+ miles to school especially on a county road!
