John is just so confused by all the phone calls and meetings happening lately and I really wish I could just explain it to him without all the heavy legal talk (which honestly gives me such a headache). I am still waiting on a straight answer from the department but every time they send another email it just feels like more stalling while my brother sits there wondering when he can see his friends again.

Seeing this kind of energy for John is just overwhelming because honestly some days it feels like we are shouting into the void and nobody is listening. It really means everything to know people care about his right to exist comfortably and keep his routines intact. We are not stopping now because he deserves better than to be treated like a box to be checked off.
