New York is OVERWHELMED with buildings, concrete, paving, traffic. The best parts of New York are its parks, large and small.

Please make sure our parks are also protected from shadows over them from nearby superpowers. We need a moratorium on building heights. We also need to protect open space above existing buildings.

Please support the community and Judge Mill's decision. NO ONE residing in the downtown community wants their parks and open spaces to be converted for NYU's for profit interests.
