Commander Bryant is what others in leadership positions should look to for an example of how to be an effective manager and leader. He maintains positive contacts within the community he serves and addresses those concerns through the officers in his charge. He does so in a manner that makes those officers want to go out and work and not spend the entire tour working only to avoid excessive discipline that other “leaders” like throw around.

He is a good Commander. The community and Officers both love him, which is something you don’t see all the time. If DC really wants to lower crime, they need to change the laws
