I question the reason and size of the settlements, especially because the tenure of the incumbents was so brief. If there was harassment, they should sue John Gibbs personally. This settlement appears to have been a careless cash giveaway at [my] the taxpayer's expense.

Joe Moss's behavior has been absolutely atrocious if not illegal. He has lied to the county commission and to taxpayers. He must be held accountable!

calling the current BOC out and letting them know that we are not at all happy with this decision about Moss and we want them to reconsider that poor decision.
Moss blatantly lied to all of us, wasted a LOT of our hard-earned tax dollars on ridiculous severance packages, approved a $4 million settlement (which he denied.) These issues can't just be swept under the rug. We were all lied to and ripped off. The BOC absolutely needs Moss to answer to his wrong-doings and face disciplinary action as a result. If this BOC truly is serving ALL of their constituents, they need to see how many of us are extremely upset about their failure to act on this matter, and take action. Thank You!
