The decision ho not follow the COE for all Board Members and to allow blatant abuse of power of the former Chairman to misappropriate taxpayer funding is despicable. Internal moral compasses are prone to internal interpretation. At no point should an elected board agree to subjugate rules put in place to maintain the integrity of its processes. We are unfortunately seeing this play out in real time on the National level. Be better.

My vote was for change and obviously it is not happening. Make Moss accountable? Nope, sweep it under the rug and move on. I am angry, disappointed and frustrated with the current BOC for allowing his behavior to continue. Does anyone have a backbone?

We are a nation of laws and I put my faith in legislators doing their job. You need to pursue an investigation and hold accountable, anyone found at fault with this obvious breach.

If he has done nothing wrong, Commissioner Moss should welcome an investigation. Right? For better governance in Ottawa County, I also urge the moderate Republicans on the County Board of Commissioners to take an active role in the Ottawa County Republican Party. And, moderate Republican community members can make a difference in the future by running for Precinct Delegate when the delegates are next elected.

Moss has historically demonstrated that he represents Voters in Ottawa County which oppose diversity of race, religion,speech and political ideation in Ottawa County, Those types of politicans have not been open with their political dealings. Rather than hiding and ignoring it; investigate it and openly report the findings whatever the findings conclude
