The Ormsby Building should be a National Building as it's existence has played a big part in the development of the Arts in Jamaica. It should be made A National Trust Monument.

This is a superb building filled with history that would make a perfect exhibition hall. It is in a sad and neglected state and would contribute greatly to Kingston’s cultural life and downtown’s revival.
