STOP USING CHEMICALS LINKED TO CANCER AND BIRTH DEFECTS IN BODYCARE PRODUCTS! The European Union has implemented a law that requires cosmetics companies to remove reproductive toxins, mutagens and carcinogens from personal care products. The State of California recently passed legislation requiring manufacturers to disclose to the state any product ingredient that is on state or federal lists of chemicals linked to cancer or birth defects. Australian companies and legislation need to get in line with these emerging international trends to protect consumers. Chemicals linked to cancer, birth defects and other health issues do not belong in products we use on ourselves and our children everyday. However, some popular brands of shampoo, deodorant, moisturizers, perfumes, nail polishes, cosmetics etc contain these dangerous chemicals We, the undersigned, call on all cosmetics and personal care companies to protect our health by phasing out the use of chemicals linked to cancer, birth defects and other health concerns in every market they serve. Please tell your friends to go to www.organicorganics.com and sign this petition as well! Note: You will be asked if you would like to make a donation to ipetitions.com after you have signed the petition - this is NOT related to this cause in anyway. The feedback confirms this is a widespread concern across the country. I am currently reaching out to manufacturers to demand transparency regarding their ingredient lists.

Too many chemicals in everything these days. Especially the stuff for babies and kids. Fix it.
